A land use application has been filed with the Roanoke County Department of Community Development by Friendship Health and Rehab Center. The request is to rezone 10.27 acres from R-1, Low Density Residential District, to C-2, General Commercial District, and to obtain a Special Use Permit for a Nursing Home and Life Care Facility on property located at 5647 Starkey Road, Cave Spring Magisterial District.
