Request to Address the Board
Please click on the form below which can be completed on line and submitted electronically to the Clerk's Office. An automatic reply will be emailed to you advising that the request has been received.
Please use this form to speak at a Board Meeting.
Any citizen who desires to address the Board must complete an appearance request form.
The appearance request form may be completed prior to the meeting, online or in person at the meeting.
Remarks made at the Board meeting are heard by the Board of Supervisors, citizens, and media representatives who are present.
Meetings are televised live on Roanoke Valley Television, RVTV, Channel 3, and rebroadcast on Thursdays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays at 4 p.m. (times may be changed during Nov and Dec)
