                                                                Scanning

With the ever changing technology, we have completely eliminated the need for documents to be microfilmed.  We are now scanning ALL documents that are recorded as of 11/21/2001.

These documents include Deeds, Plats, Fictitious Names, Financing Statements, Judgments and Wills.  We also scan all Civil Equity/Law and Criminal Orders along with Marriage Licenses, Notary Oath/Orders and other General Miscellanous Orders.

Please make sure all documents are dark and legible and contains no highlighted areas.   If a document is too light for scanning it will be returned.

All the instruments/documents previously microfilmed and now scanned are available for viewing in our Public Records Room on "8" view stations with individual printers and 21 inch flat screen monitors.

We have several types of microfilm readers available (10 total), as well, to meet all your viewing/copying needs.
