Plot Plan Templates

The following templates are to be used for construction projects with a total disturbed area of 10,000 square feet or less. Projects under 5,000 square feet may be prepared by anyone. Projects between 5,000 and 10,000 square feet must be prepared by either a professional engineer or registered land disturber. Projects exceeding 10,000 square feet in disturbed area must be prepared by a professional engineer and may not use these templates.

For disturbed areas of not more than 5000 square feet:
Plot Plan Template for 5K or Less PDF Acrobat Reader Required
Plot Plan Template 5K or less DWG AutoCad format file

For disturbed areas of at least 5000 but not more than 10,000 square feet:
Plot Plan Template for 5K to 10 K PDF Acrobat reader required
Plot Plan Template for 5K to 10K DWG AutoCad format file
