Comprehensive Services Act (CSA)
Comprehensive Services Act for At Risk Youth and Families (CSA) is a 1993 Virginia law that provides for the pooling of eight specific funding streams used to purchase services for high risk youth. The purpose of this Act is to provide high quality, child-centered, family focused, cost effective, community based services to high risk youth and their families. Our local office serves Roanoke County and City of Salem. Funds for CSA services are managed at the local level by interagency teams specifically appointed for each locale.
