Voter Registration

How do I register to Vote?

Registering to vote is a uniform procedure statewide. You must complete a Virginia Voter Registration Application or a National Voter Registration Application. Forms are accepted in person or by mail. You may also download the proper form from the state forms website and mail it in.  Once your application is processed, you will be mailed a voter card which tells you where to vote on election day. For more information on voting, see Where To Vote.
