Roanoke County Public Library is looking for volunteers who can share their skills and talents to help us provide outstanding library service to our residents. The library has a variety of volunteer opportunities at all locations. Volunteers must be at least 12 years old* and have their own transportation. Flexible hours are available. Call or visit any library branch for more information. |
Applications are available at all library locations,
or you may fill out an online application.
Volunteers perform tasks such as:
- notifying patrons of request books
- preparing displays
- helping with book sales
- assisting with special programs, events and projects
* A signature from a parent/guardian is required
for volunteers under the age of 18. | |
