Water Fitness/ Group Exercise Classes
These programs provide well-planned, safe, and effective programs to help improve muscular strength, endurance, cardio-vascular fitness, flexibility and improved range of motion for all participants. A wide range of diverse, creative classes will develop which will reflect our dedication to excellence, human development, safety, and respect in a fun environment. Swimming Lessons
Green Ridge follows the guidelines of the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim , Preschool, and Parent-Child swimming lesson program. This program helps to maintain the quality, consistency and credibility of the Aquatics Program. Our facility provides a safe and fun learning environment utilizing certified water safety instructors. Each level is a progression through basic swimming skills and water safety. Students must be able to follow and accept directions and be able to take turns in order to participate in group lessons.Call 777-6300 with questions or see the new REConnection Magazine Programs may include:

Personal Training
A Certified Personal Trainer will work with you individually, or with another person with similar goals, to develop a program based on your specific needs. Services begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss specific health history, current fitness level and specific fitness goals. The certified trainer will work with individuals to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility. Benefits of personal training include improved motivation and increased exercise retention. Clients will also receive basic nutrition guidance and innovative fitness routines. Personal training is available for adults as well as teens and tweens ages 9 and up. Youth participation will be evaluated on a case by case basis. All classes are one hour in length, with a 6-month expiration date from when the training sessions are purchased. Call 777-6300 to register! Ask for Julie Morris

Personal Fitness
Personal fitness is designed for individuals who need individual attention but are not interested in regular personal training. Personal fitness is a 12 week program where individuals will be assigned a fitness coach. The participant and the coach will meet once a week to weigh in, establish fitness and nutrition goals for the week and analyze the prior week’s performance. Call 777-6300 to register!
