Family Oriented Excercise

Roanoke County's new recreation center will feature a  9,397 square foot fitness area, circled by a 1/8 mile elevated walking/jogging track loop.  Our focus will be on keeping families healthy, with programs designed for all ages and levels of development.  The center will contain state-of-the-art cardio, circuit, and strength equipment.

The drawing above shows the second floor of the new center, with pleanty of open space devoted exclusively to keeping families healthy. In addition to the latest in fitness equipment, the center will feature a large free weights area and two aerobics rooms.
