Hanging Rock Greenway along Kessler Mill Road.

From Rt. 419 North, turn right onto Dutch Oven Road. Parking for Hanging Rock Greenway will be on your left.

Hanging Rock Greenway extends south along Kessler Mill Road, along the Norfolk and Southern Catawba spur.  Several interpretive signs and exhibits along the way explain the significance of the trail and educate pedestrians about the area's Civil War history, including the Battle of Hanging Rock.
