Camp Roanoke is the perfect facility for your group get together, retreat, or conference. With an open field, forest and numerous facilities; it's the ideal setting for any type of group event. We can accommodate most group sizes, providing overnight lodging, activities, meeting space, and a relaxing atmosphere.
Nestled within 700 acres of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains just off Interstate 81 near Dixie Caverns, Camp Roanoke is the perfect place to get away for a day, or a weekend!
Overnight Rentals & Retreats!
Stay the night at camp! Our camp cabins can accommodate 80 people per night. In addition, our duplex cabin sleeps five per side, and features private bathrooms.
Presentation-Ready Meeting Rooms!
Each meeting room features standard presentation amenities, including a TV/VCR combination, pull down screens, flip chart stands and white boards!
Experience Our Challenge Course & Climbing Tower!
These programs enhance cooperation and trust, develop leadership and build confidence among team members. Our facilitators can customize a program to meet your group’s needs or business mission. Build a team to defeat any obstacle at Camp Roanoke!
More Room For Your Reunion!
Our picnic pavilion serves up to 300 people for programs or meals. Perfect for reunions, large business retreats, and church groups.
Outdoor Recreation and More!
Our outdoor facilities include a basketball court and multi-purpose play area, a sand volleyball court, a 44-foot climbing and rapelling tower, hiking trails, and plenty of open space for your group.
Prices for your group may vary depending on the accommodations needed and other aspects of renting the facility.

Meeting Space
Two indoor meeting facilities are available that can be setup in a variety of seating arrangements. Standard amenities include a TV/VCR combination, pull down screens, flip chart stands, and white boards available in each meeting facility. Prices start at $75 for a four hour rental and $150 for an eight hour rental. As with all of our programs, catered meals and break refreshments are an option. Choose from our Ricker-Susac Dining Hall, the rustic conference room setting of our Kiwanis Activities Lodge, or our picnic shelter, the largest pavilion in Roanoke County, which can serve 300 people for outdoor meetings.
Weekday Rentals Per Room:
Half Day Rental (up to four hours): $75, $25 for each additional hour
Full Day Rental (up to eight hours): $150, $25 for each additional hour
Above & Right: Ricker-Susac Dining Hall seats 50 Classroom style, 30 Boardroom Style, or 60 Theatre Style.
Left & Below: Our Kiwanis Activities Lodge seats 30 Classroom style, 25 Boardroom Style, or 50 Theatre Style. The lodge's rustic setting creates a relaxing atmosphere for any meeting.

Picnic Shelter
Camp Roanoke hosts Roanoke County largest picnic shelter, perfect for large group meetings or outdoor gatherings. Call Camp Roanoke at (540) 387-6114 for availability. We can even cater your group's cookouts!
Overnight Accommodations
Rent our cabins for your group's overnight stays. We featuring eight cabins in a rustic setting, served by a central bath house. We also offer custom meal plans and activities to make your overnight stay a complete retreat package.

Menu Options for Catered Meals
Our menu options range from soup, sandwich, and salad bars to full course meals and outdoor cookouts on the grill. We offer seating in the dining hall, picnics in the pavilion, or box lunches for a day on the trail. Meal prices include all beverages and start at $6 per person.
