1) Check to be sure there is still space available at your child's elementary school.  The information on this website (scroll up) is updated WEEKLY, but may not reflect recent changes in program status.  To be completely certain of program availability, call our administrative office at 857-5037.

2) Obtain a copy of the After School for Kids registration forms and program information. You may download a .pdf file of ASK 10-11 Information and Registration (Coming Soon)  You may ask to receive a copy of this information by mail or fax by calling 857-5035.

3) Obtain a copy of your child's School Entrance and Physical Immunization Record.  You may ask your Elementary School or doctor to provide a copy of this document.  Typically it will take at least 72 hours to receive this form.

3) Send in your registration information! Registration is final when we receive a completed Registration Form with all the required information, a $25.00 registration fee per family, and a copy of your child's School Entrance and Physical Immunization Record.  Incomplete documentation will not be accepted and will be returned.  Please send the documents to:

You can now use your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover cards to make bi-weekly or monthly payments.  Simply complete the Automatic Draft Payment Form, and mail the completed form to the ASK Administrative Office to begin the payment process.   All outstanding balances for the previous year must be paid in order for a child to continue in ASK for the next year.   Payments are based on 180 days of service.  There is no charge for holidays and breaks.  Inclement Weather Camp and Teacher Work Day Camp are separate programs that you must register for separately.

Typical Daily Schedule

Daily activities at all After School for Kids Programs include gym or playground time, snack time, quiet time for homework or other quiet activities, and group or self-directed activities.  A daily schedule is posted at each program.  An example of the daily schedule is:

 2:05pm School is dismissed and participants go to the cafeteria
 2:05pm Roll-call and Check-In, Quiet Activities
 2:25pm Restroom Break
 2:35pm Active Time (Gym or Playground)
 3:15pm Restroom to wash hands
 3:30pm Snack
 3:45pm Restroom to wash hands
 3:55pm Homework or Quiet Activities
 4:45pm Group Activities, Enrichment Activities
 (This is flexible based on Homework needs)
