Kari has been with TRS since July 2005 and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.  She holds a masters degree  in Therapeutic Recreation from the State University of New York (SUNY) Cortland and a bachelor of science in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta.  Kari has been working with people with disabilities since 2000. Kari enjoys, camping, hiking, and running.  She has lead the running program Couch to 5K for Roanoke County and was a member of the Roanoke County 2008 US Challenge Team.

Brittany graduated from Frostburg State University, MD in May 2008 with a degree in Parks & Recreation Management. She has a double concentration in Therapeutic Recreation and Community Programming, and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. In her free time Brittany enjoys painting, mountain biking, and volunteering with the Roanoke Jaycees.
