Route 613 - Merriman Road Public Hearing

The County of Roanoke will hold a public hearing to discuss plans on proposed improvements to Route 613, Merriman Road, at the intersection with Meadowlark Road.

Then public hearing will be held on Monday, November 9, 2009, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Penn Forest Elementary School Cafeteria located at 6328 Merriman Road.

Clifton R. Ronk Rezoning

A rezoning application has been filed to rezone 0.349 acre from R-1, Low Density Residential District to I-1C, Low Intensity Industrial District with Conditions, for the pupose of expanding an existing cabinet shop, located at 8529 Wood Haven Road, Catawba Magisterial District.

A community meeting will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Roanoke County School Board Administration Board Room to discuss the project.
