Hollins Area Plan
The Hollins Area Plan Study Area measures 728 acres in size and encompasses all or portions of approximately 350 parcels.

Hollins Area Plan Timeline
Early April, 2008 - 507 surveys were mailed to property owners within and just outside the Hollins Area Plan Study Area. 68 surveys were returned or completed online for a response rate of 13.4 percent. The results of the survey were presented at the second community meeting (see the results below).

April 28, 2008 - First Community Meeting was held on April 28, 2008 on the Hollins University campus. Approximately 30 people attended the three meetings scheduled throughout the day.
