Roanoke County Today is one of many programs that air on Roanoke Valley Television (RVTV). Our show is a monthly program with topics that generally relate to government and are either news based or feature oriented.
The program is hosted by Public Information Officer Teresa Hamilton Hall with feature segments provided by RVTV Director, Elaine Bays. Our goal is to provide citizens information on issues and topics that pertain to government. Some of these may be changes in ordinances or information about new programs being offered. We also like to highlight special events as well as citize who've gone above and beyond in the community.

Roanoke County Today is broadcast on Channel 3 - the government access channel on both Cox Communciations and Adelphia Communications (which serves Western Roanoke County and parts of North Roanoke County). For more information about Roanoke Valley Television programming, see www.RVTV.org.
Roanoke County Today is also aired on WBRA - the PBS station in the Roanoke Valley. Below is the schedule for airing:
- Channel 3 - every Monday and Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.,
- Channel 3 - every Sunday at 3:30 p.m. unless pre-empted by live programming,
- WBRA (PBS) - the second Sunday of each month at noon.
