Board of Supervisors

  1. Board of Supervisors Board Meeting

    September 23, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Roanoke County Administration Center

    Regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors are held at the Roanoke County Administration Center, 5204 Bernard Drive, SW Roanoke, VA 24018. Any changes to this schedule will be advertised at least two weeks in advance. The Board meetings are broadcast live on RVTV, Channel 3, and will be rebroadcast following the meeting on Thursday, at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday at 4:00 p.m.

    Bulk and brush will be picked up for streets designated for A Week pick-up. Bulk and brush is collected every other week on your garbage collection day.

  1. Green Hill Highland Games

    September 27, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM @ Green Hill Park

    Spectators are encouraged to come out to Green Hill Park and witness the traditional sports of the Scottish Highlands. Competitions will include the stone put, weight for distance, weight for height, hammer throw, caber toss, and sheaf toss.
