AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ROANOKE COUNTY, VIRGINIA, HELD AT THE ROANOKE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION CENTER ON TUESDAY, MAY 13, 2003, RESOLUTION 051303-4 ADOPTING PROCEDURES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PUBLIC-PRIVATE EDUCATION FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE ACT OF 2002, the Board of Supervisors of Roanoke County determined that it is in the best interest of the County to adopt procedures for the implementation of the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 pursuant to the provisions of Section 56-575.16.4 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.
