1. Can I have a restricted license from my charges in this Court?

You need to go to the DMV and obtain a Compliance Summary. The DMV will be able to advise you if you are eligible for a restricted operators license.

2. How do I enter a Time to Pay Plan to be able to obtain my operators license?

You must come to our office to fill out the necessary paperwork. You should call our office at 540-387-6213 before coming in, to find out the total amount owed and any other conditions.

5. Can we pay on-line?

We are not set up at this time to receive on-line payments.

6. Can I see file(s) or have copies of an order?

You may come to our office to view files and or make a request of copies for certain paperwork. we charge 50 cents per page and an additional$2.00 per document to be certified. Please call our office at 540-387-6213 before coming in to make sure the file is on site.
