Indoor Pool
Our indoor aquatics area is designed with family fun in mind. Whether you're looking for a place for the kids to splash around, water relaxation, water slides or lap swimming, there's something for everyone here. The indoor pool features a 15-foot hight water slide, zero-depth entry, a hot tub, a current river, two lap lanes, a children's water playground and much more. Due to programming and lifeguard schedules, portions of the indoor pool may be closed each day. See our

Wellness Center
With nearly 10,000 square feet of fitness space and over 60 cardiovascular exercise machines, Green Ridge has everything you need to get in shape. Many of our machines come with personal viewing screens, allowing you to watch cable television from your own treadmill or elliptical! Work out on a full circuit of strength training equipment with machines from Precor, Hammerstrength and Freemotion, among others.Enjoy free weights and a workout in front of mirrors or windows with a view.

Walking Track
Green Ridge offers one of the longest indoor tracks in the area (1/8 mile), with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains in all seasons. The track is open at all times during center operation.
Family Track Time
Children ages 6 to 9 years may use the track with a parent, and strollers may be used on the track ONLY during the following times:
- Monday-Friday from 11:30am to 4:00pm
- Saturday-Sunday from 11:30am to 1:00pm and 4:00pm to 6:00pm
Parents must be with their children at all times during family track time.

Gymnasium
The gym features two full-size high-school regulation basketball courts that can be divided with a center curtain. The facility is fully air conditioned, with six basketball backboards and two volleyball courts. View our gymnasium schedule. Activity times are as follows.

Activity Room
This unique room houses a wide variety of interactive gaming equipment designed to keep you moving and fit. See some of the latest technology and move your body through exer-gaming gear, including:
- XBOX 360 with Kinect Motion Capture - Move your body and interact with a variety of games, no wires attached!
- Lightspace Play Floor - An interactive 10-foot square surface with pressure sensitive tiles to create single or multi-player games.
- Makoto Sports Arena - A motion sensitive space between three towers that allows users to practice sports like kickboxing, or play physical games that are a cross between "whack-a-mole" and "simon".
- BluFit Interactive Dance Floor - Step on the right arrows and exercise just like "Dance Dance Revolution", but with the opportunity for more players to become involved.
- Wii - If you don't have your own Nintendo Wii at home, feel free to use ours. It's a great way to work out while playing fun games with your friends.
- Table Games - Enjoy a game of Air Hockey or Foosball without having to put a quarter in!
The activity room is open and staffed according to the following schedule:
Monday to Friday: 4:00pm to 8:00pm
Saturdays: 9:30am-5:00pm
Sundays: 12:30pm-5:00pm
Roanoke County School's Out Days: 12:00pm-8:00pm
ACTIVITY ROOM RULES & POLICIES
- Children under age 8 must be under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian at all times. Ages 9-12 may use the room with a parent in the building.
- Play time is limited to 20 minutes if there is a waitlist for a game.
- Participants are required to allow others to join when possible
- Shirts, athletic shoes and appropriate attire must be worn at all times. Clothing must be dry - no bathing suits
- Food, drink, candy and gum are prohibited
- Horseplay and profanity is prohibited
- No organized use without prior administrative approval
- Games must be used as intended and specific system rules followed
- Failure to follow these and all other facility rules may result in removal from the activity room or facility
- Hours and games are subject to change at any time due to program or tournament activities
