Swimming LessonsSwimming Lessons
Green RidgOnlineRegistration.jpge follows the guidelines of the American Red Cross   Learn-to-Swim , Preschool, and Parent-Child swimming lessons.  This program helps to maintain the quality, consistency and credibility of the Aquatics Program.  Our facility provides a safe and fun learning environment utilizing certified water safety instructors. Each level is a progression through basic swimming skills and   water safety.   Students must be able to follow and accept directions and be able to take turns in order to participate in group lessons.Call 777-6300 with questions or see the latest Recreation Family Fun Guide.   • Baby, toddler and preschool swim lessons
  • Level 1 - 4 youth swim lessons
  • Stroke refinement
  • Preschool and youth homeschool lessons

apple lose weight.jpgLose Big Programs
OnlineRegistration.jpgThis is a 12-week program for all people and all fitness levels.  Whether you need to lose weight or gain muscle, lose big can help! You will work with a certified personal trainer twice a week, and work in a team of four.  You'll be given nutritional guidance and be taught lifestyle changes.  If you're nervous about joining, know that our trainers will help you every step of the way and are committed to helping you succeed.  Lose Big is exercising made fun, but be prepared to work hard!  There will be monthly team challenges where you will go head to head against other Lose Big teams.  Workout times are based on your availability, and you don't have to be a Green Ridge member to join!  New sessions enroll quarterly.

Certified Personal Trainer will work with you individually or as a group to develop a program based on your specific needs. Services begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss specific health history, current fitness level and specific fitness goals. The trainer will work with individuals to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility. Clients will also receive basic nutrition guidance and innovative fitness routines. Personal training is available for adults as well as teens and tweens ages 9 and up. All classes are one hour in length, with a 6-month expiration date from when the training sessions are purchased.  Call 777-6300 to sign up.
