COMPOSITION:
The Board of Directors shall be a maximum of twenty-one (21). Members of the Board shall be elected by the then existing Directors, and the terms shall be for two years.
DUTIES:
The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes in order to promote and enhance the quality of life within the Roanoke Valley by implementing programs to reduce litter and by other means.
MEETING SCHEDULE:
Fourth Tuesday of each month; location and time may be obtained by calling the office.
