The Health Department's mission is to promote a state of optimum health for all citizens of Roanoke County and the Alleghany Health District through community assessment, public policy development and assurance of equal access to and excellence in health services. Our clinic services are provided based on family income and a sliding fee scale and/or at no cost to our customers. Call for an appointment or clinic times.
