Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC
The MVP will be constructed and owned by Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC, which is a joint venture of EQT Midstream Partners, LP; NextEra U.S. Gas Assets, LLC; Con Edison Transmission, Inc.; WGL Midstream; and RGC Midstream, LLC. EQT Midstream Partners will operate the pipeline. Visit MVP's website.

Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)
DEQ regulates land disturbance associated with pipeline construction under the Erosion and Sediment Control Regulation and the Virginia Stormwater Management Program Regulation. Proposed interstate pipelines are required to submit permits and certifications to protect Virginia's water quality. DEQ also conducts water quality monitoring.
