Beginning Monday, June 15, 2020, the Roanoke County Administration Center building will reopen to the public. Business may still be done by phone, email or online. Function

The Zoning Division is responsible for:

• Administering the Zoning Ordinance and land use codes
• Reviewing and making recommendations on rezoning and special use permit applications 
• Responding to citizen concerns and enforcing land use requirements
