Please join us for our next Jane Austen book club as we finish the canon with Mansfield Park. Mansfield Park, Austen's third published novel (1814), follows Fanny Price, the impoverished niece taken in by her wealthy aunt and uncle. Fanny's newfound family makes sure that she's never allowed to forget that she's a dependent poor relative and not really one of them. We'll discuss major characters, themes, and adaptations. RSVP to or fill out the form to sign up. Hope to see you there!
