Creative and imaginative activities designed with your developing child in mind. Come by any Roanoke County library to pick up your pack. Supplies are limited and available first come, first serve. Ideal for toddlers and early elementary age children.

From January 11th to March 5th, Roanoke County Public Library will participate in Beanstack’s Fourth Annual Winter Reading Challenge, sponsored by Simon & Schuster. Books Like Us is a celebration of diversity, harnessing the transformative power of seeing oneself reflected in a book. This Winter, participating communities are invited to explore these books, from authors spanning an array of diverse backgrounds. We challenge our patrons to read at least 2 books before March 5th and keep track of their reading on our Beanstack site at rocolibrary.beanstack.org.

Stop by the Hollins Library to pick up a craft kit to make your own dipped mug. We will provide instructions and materials. Pick up a kit from January 11-16. No registration required. Kits are available first come, first served. Pick up via curbside or with your library reservation.
