Who has access to RBDigital Magazines for Libraries?

Any active library patron with a proper library card may create a library collection account and check out library collection magazines.

Are there any minimum system requirements?
Yes, to access your library's collection page and view the titles:

Desktop—Windows Vista and higher:  
Preferred browser: Google Chrome
Alternative browsers: Firefox 3.6 and higher, Internet Explorer 10+and higher (IE10+ required for instant HTML5 instant reader; IE8 and older are not supported.)
Screen resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher

Desktop—Mac OS 10.5 and higher:
Preferred browser: Google Chrome (supports HTML5 instant reader) 
Alternative browser: Safari 5 and higher
Screen resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher

Mobile—Android 2.2 and higher via Chrome and Firefox

Mobile—Apple iOS v7.0 and higher via Safari, Chrome, Firefox
