How do I create an Account?
Our recommendation is to create an account on your first visit to your library's RBDigital website. Select the “Register” link in the upper right-hand side of the screen. Fill in the account verification information requested by your library. Passwords must be at least 4 characters long and can contain both numbers and letters. Passwords are case sensitive, usernames are not. If you need further information concerning the requirements for creating an account, check with your local library staff.
Do I need a library card number to checkout a title?
Is there a way to search for available titles?
Click on the “Advanced Search” link in the Browse Menu and choose to only search by available titles as well as any other criteria. Choose “All Availability” and then select “Available”. You can also use the Quick Search option to search titles first based on keyword, Title, Author, and Narrator. Then these results can be further refined by clicking the “Refine Results” button on the far left of the screen, selecting “All Availability”, then selecting “Available”.
What is a Wishlist and how does it work?
The Wishlist is a tool that allows you to keep track of titles that you may wish to listen to or reference at a later date. If the Wishlist option is not available to you, it is because your library has declined to use this tool. To add titles to the Wishlist click the “Add to Wishlist” button on the title details page.
Where can I see my checked out titles on the Website?
Your checked out titles are displayed on the “My Titles” page under “Checked Out”. If you do not see all your titles, click the “See More” in the far right of the “Checked Out” line.
How do I find my Checkout History?
The titles you have previously checked out can be found on ‘My Title’ page under the ‘History” section which will show you the last 4 titles. To see your entire History click the ‘View all” link for the far right of the ‘History’ line.
