Commonwealth's Attorney
Roanoke County's Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney is located in the Roanoke County Courthouse at 305 East Main Street, Salem, Virginia. The Commonwealth's Attorney handles criminal prosecutions and also administers the Public Defender's office. The Commonwealth's Attorney is an elected Constitutional Officer.
