Electronic Filing (E-filing) is for Officers of the Court (Attorney's) and any authorized agent of such Attorney's to file Civil cases electronically.

To file Civil cases electronically through VJEFS, you must submit an attorney registration application (PDF) and return it to the Roanoke County Circuit Court Clerk's office. There are also Terms and Conditions (PDF), and a Privacy Policy (PDF) to assist you in completing your set up process.

Please note that if you are already registered in another locality you do not need to register again.
