Taxes make infrastructure and services possible, such as roads, schools, and police protection. Paying for those services shouldn’t be cumbersome or time-consuming. Here are some of the ways we make paying your taxes as easy as possible:
Pay in person at the Treasurer’s Office on Bernard Dr. 8am-5pm M-F
Drop boxes located outside CountyAdministrative Office visitor parking lot, Vinton, Glenvar, and Hollins libraries (check payments only)
NOTICE: The Roanoke County Treasurers Office has been made aware that an online bill payment company, DOXO, uses logos for local governments and businesses in such a way that it appears you are accessing an official payment portal website for that locality or business.
DOXO online bill payment service is not affiliated with, nor authorized to accept payments on behalf of the County. Please be sure to utilize your Citizen Self Service account when paying your Roanoke County tax bills online.
Due to the check disbursement practices utilized by DOXO, payments are not being received in a timely fashion, resulting in additional penalties and/or interest to your bill.
