  • For a single-family residential site to pass its final erosion & sediment control inspection, see Policy # 2019-10-2 "Termination of Erosion and Sediment Control Permits for Individual Single-Family Residences Prior to the Establishment of Permanent Vegetative Cover."

    For a non-residential site to pass its final erosion & sediment control inspection, all vegetated areas must have adequate, permanent vegetation, which is (1) uniform in height; (2) thick enough to prevent erosion, and (3) mature enough to survive.
