Microfilm Scanner
The South County Library now has a microfilm/microfiche scanner. With this device, you can view, edit, and save microfilm images to a flash drive, print them, or email them to yourself. You can use this scanner to look at the Roanoke Times we have on microfilm from 1970 through December of 2014. We can also request microfilm of historical records from across the country that you can view with our Microfilm scanner.
Do you have some black and white photo negatives that you want to digitize? Our scanner can do that. Do you have records on microfiche? You can view, scan, or print them.
