Route 419 Starkey to Ogden Photo

Overview

The project proposes to implement the 419 Town Center Plan and extend improvements completed in 2021 along Route 419 between Ogden Road and Route 220 with conversion of the north and south shoulders to shared through/right turn lanes and continuing sidewalks and bicycle lanes on both sides of the road. The Starkey Road intersection will be converted to a thru-cut configuration with pedestrian signals and crosswalks. The Ridge Top Road/Madison Square intersection will be converted to a restricted crossing U-turn (RCUT) to improve traffic flow and safety.
